Hotel O by OYO Falcon Executive

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. We tried the starters, which tasted great and came with good presentation and garnishing. The staff were polite and supportive, and I’d recommend the hotel for business or family stays. I recently stayed at FabHotel Falcon Executive and found it very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with neat beds, fresh linens, good lighting, and a simple but elegant interior. The table and chairs in the seating area were convenient. It had basic amenities including a TV, clean washroom, drinking water, and proper ventilation. The curtains gave good privacy, and the overall ambience was calm and relaxing.

I spent 10 days here and had one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I had to move rooms four times, and each one had a different problem. There wasn’t a proper supply of hot water. Instead of fixing that, the hotel gave me a manual water heater that felt unsafe to use. The AC sounded like a generator, and I couldn’t sleep that night. When I raised these problems, the staff just told me to “adjust” instead of resolving them. I’m paying for a service, so why should I have to put up with poor maintenance? The facilities were far below acceptable standards, and the staff were unhelpful and irritating. The place felt like a scam. I absolutely don’t recommend it. 🙏😡

The food was one of the highlights of my 3-day stay at Falcon Executive Hotel, Baner. The meals were tasty, fresh, well prepared, and consistent throughout. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, so I could relax after a long day. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it for the good food, polite staff, reliable room service, and secure environment. I felt safe and well looked after from check-in onward. Baner is a convenient, peaceful area for business or leisure, and the hotel maintains good security. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was polite, professional, and ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and properly maintained. Housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient, with fresh towels, clean bedding, and timely cleaning throughout my stay. The management clearly focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and service quality in its daily operations.

The hotel is in a remote rural area with poor accessibility, and I was totally dissatisfied with the experience. The rooms were only average, and their quality and the service didn’t justify the prices. Breakfast cost an extra ₹500 when booking, but the only choices were Poha and Upma, which was unreasonable for that price. The toilet floor was damaged, with sharp edges that could be a safety hazard. I’m sharing this feedback to advise others not to choose this hotel.
