The lunch was good and the staff were good too. I visited with a company client for a conference. The conference room was okay, but the washroom wasn't very clean. There was some confusion with the room allocation that caused a few hurdles, though it was sorted out later. It's a good place with basic amenities.

The interiors are simple and classy, and the hotel feels a bit more luxurious than the usual OYO style, with a stronger brand image. Its central location puts it close to most of the city's hot spots. The banquet hall is chic and minimalistic, well suited to conferences and workshops.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Still, I didn't think it was worth the price. We stayed for 4 days in 2 rooms and paid 32000/-. For that money, I could have planned a vacation. I'd say it's worth 1600-2000, no more. The rooms are small, and there's a water clogging problem that hasn't been fixed for a long time. Other nearby hotels are much cheaper, more luxurious, and better equipped. I wouldn't recommend this one. Since it's an OYO Town house, it sets expectations.

The stay was good and the food was okay. I liked that they used large, environment friendly bottles of body shampoo in the bathroom instead of little single-use ones. Cleanliness could be better. The water quality wasn't great either, the bucket filled with brownish water, and we only got Luke warm water. That's a downside.

I stayed in the single saver room on Bund garden road in Sangamwadi, Pune. It was small, but the washroom was clean, the centralised AC worked really well, and the TV was working too. I think the single saver room should cost less to feel worth the price. Still, it was a good stay 😃
