Coming back to the room felt magical. Rose petals, candles, and balloons had been arranged, with a large rose bouquet, and Shreya from Guest Relations had personally overseen the setup. The Daily Treats team made the beautiful cake just as we’d discussed while we were out. Dinner at The Market had a big buffet spread, and Rahul’s new mocktail Rajkot Fort was outstanding. Pravanjan looked after us with genuine care, and Pritam gave us attentive, warm service at breakfast the next morning. We were celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, and the team made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. At check-in, Vaishnavi from Guest Relations reassured me that everything was in order and calmly coordinated things. Meghna, who had worked closely with me on the plans, was on leave, but had clearly left detailed instructions, and everything was carried out flawlessly. We were also surprised with a lovely upgrade to a room on the topmost floor with a river view, plus complimentary buffet breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, but this kind of genuine care and coordination is rare. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team for making the celebration so special. We’ll definitely return. The service could move faster, especially at peak times. A little more speed would make a very good stay even better. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the food had a good variety, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. Special appreciation to the room service and restaurant teams for being so warm and helpful. I’d be happy to return to this lovely place in Pune.

The breakfast was a highlight, and the restaurants were wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were among the friendliest people you could meet. It’d be hard to find a nicer place to stay than the Westin. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

The care for our six-month-old touched us most. The team arranged a crib, brought an induction stove so we could sterilise items, and supplied fresh fruit for the baby. Our suite was spacious, elegant, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a balcony that was perfect for family photos. Sri. Shubham from housekeeping kept it immaculate and comfortable with prompt service and great attention to detail. We spent three nights at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park with family for our wedding reception celebrations. The banquet team managed the reception beautifully, with thoughtful arrangements, a lovely ambiance, and seamless coordination. Everything was handled expertly, with no room for complaint. The lobby reception staff were receptive, courteous, and efficient, making check-in and the stay smooth. Food was consistently delicious and well presented, and service throughout was professional and genuinely humble. This stay brought so much comfort and joy to our family celebration. We’ll choose The Westin again when we’re in Pune. Highly recommended for families, weddings, and special occasions.
