Cocoon Hotel was a calm, comfortable place to stay, and the property was well maintained with smooth service. The rooms are roomy, practical, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a warm feel. The drawing/living room is especially nice for sitting with guests or just relaxing outside the room, and its décor feels both premium and homely. Breakfast was fresh, well presented, and had good quality and plenty of choices for different appetites. The vegetarian selection was stronger, though. Non-veg options were decent but limited, and more variety or a rotating menu would make breakfast better balanced. There’s enough space to work, relax, or unwind after a long day, so it suited a business or leisure stay. A great option for spacious comfort and breakfast, with the non-veg selection still needing some improvement.

The location worked really well, and I found the breakfast and other food clean and good. The whole stay was relaxing. Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone I dealt with, from the front desk to housekeeping and the luggage helpers, was polite and cheerful. Bhushan kept my room and the restroom clean throughout. I had a great stay at cocoon hotel.

The rooms were clean and sensibly arranged, with a balcony and a lounge area. The gym isn't large, though it has enough equipment. Staff were friendly and accommodating: the receptionist clearly talked me through registration, check-in, and checkout. Breakfast wasn't included in my stay, but Nikita kindly let me have it for a daily payment. No complaints.

I had a great dinner, thanks to Nagnath, and Nikita looked after me at the breakfast buffet in the morning. The food selection was plentiful, and the service was attentive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, too. It's handy for me, with the office within walking distance and the DC next door. I'd be happy to come back.

We arrived at 2 a.m., and the team still made check-in completely smooth. They were so cooperative that it took a lot of stress out of a late arrival. Breakfast had a very good range of choices, and the service was excellent. For this level of service, the price is hard to beat. Five stars, highly recommended.
