The outside rooms were very dirty, and the service was awful. I booked through Make My Trip, where they offered a driver resting facility but didn't say it would cost extra. They charged me 300/- rs, and gave the driver only one mattress, pillow, and bedsheet. I felt they were deliberately treating us this way because we had booked through MMT. The room they assigned had no lift access. It was on the ground floor, but reception was on the first floor, so getting down the stairs to the exit was difficult for my 70-year-old mother. I'm also a paralysis patient. I asked for another room because of our situation, but they refused. The booking option hadn't said whether the driver facility was chargeable. Please confirm details with whichever booking agent you use, such as MMT, Clearmy Trip, or another booking app, before going.

We booked online through Make My Trip, and the offline rates are much higher. Room service was poor, the staff didn't speak properly, and the room wasn't maintained. The wall paint was in bad shape, the TV was tiny for the room, and the power plug switch didn't work properly. Most importantly, there was no Wi-Fi 😂😂😂

The glasses were filthy, and when we asked for clean ones, a worker rinsed them with water in the washroom and brought back the same glasses. The blanket had no cover either. When I pointed that out, they said the only cover for the room was being washed. I said I'd paid for that day, so they put a wet cover on the blanket and told me they'd done it because I asked. I've never dealt with such rubbish. The receptionist was incredibly rude, shouting when we raised concerns and hanging up while I was still speaking. The whole staff was rude, with no manners for dealing with customers. I've never felt so insulted anywhere. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The staff were very rude and showed customers no respect. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a happy visit.
