The furniture was in bad shape, with a broken bed and door lock, and the room was nothing like the deluxe room in the photos. The bed was tiny. Staff were rude, too. I paid 2000 rs for six hours. First they denied that the price was for one person only, then asked for another 300 to add a guest. They also turned down my online booking when I arrived and wanted nearly double, ignoring the partial amount I'd already paid online. The hotel said online booking people had their own commission and weren't associated with them, so I had to pay their rates. I asked for help with my luggage, but the receptionist said the staff were at another hotel site and I had to manage on my own. I tried to complain online, but nobody registered it. FABHOTELS took my booking and partial payment, then I was told there was no hotel and relocated to a cheap one. Never book FABHOTELS online, it's a big scam. I'm never coming back, and this place isn't even worth 800rs for 24 hours.

After travelling 14 hrs from Gujarat, we were told the room would cost 1950 rs a night, even though Agoda showed 1500 per night. The manager said that was the firm price. When we offered to book online instead, he said they still wouldn't give us a room and we could ask Agoda customer care for a refund. Why partner with booking apps if the hotel will only sell rooms on its own terms? It wasted our time and energy. The behavior we received was very, very pathetic.

The staff were cooperative and kindly let us check in early at 7 am for an extra Rs 500. Our room and washroom were clean, and hot water was available 24*7. The plates and spoons were a bit dirty, though. They should pay more attention to cleanliness.

We had a great stay during our school get-together. The hotel has a lovely ambience, and the staff were polite and supportive. One of the best places to stay.

There was no room service or regular cleaning. Over five days, someone came just once to empty the bin. Drinking water was only provided at check-in, and the AC remote never arrived even after I asked. Almost all the door handles were broken or hanging loose.
