Fab arranged a different hotel for the second day, after shifting my booking, and I paid the amount we discussed. But I couldn’t stay at the hotel on the first day because they denied my booking. I paid for that first night online, and the refund is still pending from fab hotel. It’s been three days since the booking, and I’m waiting.

We stayed for two days and had a very bad experience. There was continuous load shedding, no room service, and the TV didn’t work. The toilet flush kept running, and a wall right in front of the window left no space for air conditioning. Very bad service.

Getting around was easy, including the short walk of 10-12 minutes to my office. I was there with my family, and the stay and meals out were nearly excellent. The staff were polite and cooperative. Keep it up.

We’ve stayed here several times because the rooms are comfortable and kept neat and clean. The location is good, with everything nearby, and the staff provide high-quality service. They’re amazing.
