Fabexpress Ravikiran

The rooms were filthy, with hair and mosquitoes around, dirty linens, and an AC that dripped constantly. The manager also sent staff to my door at 10:30 the next morning saying checkout time was up, even though it was 11:00 AM. I booked the non oyo ravi karan , i.e this one through Agoda for a good deal, but my cab mistakenly took me to their oyo location. The manager knew I was at the wrong place but didn't direct me to the correct hotel, which is a 3 star hotel 200m form this oyo. I was asked to pay for water, and after checking in at 6.30pm, was told I couldn't stay 30m extra because they don't allow it. I've never had that happen before, hotels usually allow an hour or two extra when needed. Worst hotel experience. Cheaters.

I got into Pune at 4am and stayed here for one night. The staff were rude and the toilets were dirty. I'd rate it 2 out of 10. Only stay if you have no other option.

A straightforward place that was comfortable and easy on the budget. It was simple but well looked after, and suited me as a traveler who just wanted basic amenities without paying much.

The rooms are nice, and the location is close to Bharati Vidyapeeth College, hospital, Swargate, Shankar Maharaj math, bibwewadi and dhankudi. A good hotel.
