HOtel Silver Oak

The toilet was reasonably clean and they provided shower gel, but the rest of the room was disappointing. There was women's hair all over it, so it didn't seem cleaned before I checked in. The sheets were dirty and had to be replaced on request. The fan blades were caked with dirt, and I worried it would fall if I turned the fan above level 1. The AC was noisy, and you couldn't adjust its temperature. There was no mineral water. I was assigned a third-floor room, but the lift wasn't working, so I had to haul my luggage up three floors. Nearby there are a few restaurants, including Joshi wadewale and a Chinese place. For the price, it might be adequate for a solo working professional who needs somewhere to sleep at night and won't spend the day in the room.

They asked me for money even though I'd paid online through makemytrip. There was no restaurant, water was scarce, and the poorly ventilated rooms were bad. The place seems like an apartment shabbily turned into a hotel. There was no Wi-Fi or TV, and lots of mosquitoes. I asked for repellent and they didn't provide it. Someone at the hotel even told me not to book through any app. Worst hotel.

The owner was racist and spoke harshly to certain people. They don't accept paid bookings and demand cash when you arrive. Really bad experience. Never go there, especially with family or friends.

After I paid, they refused to check me in and gave the room to whoever offered them more money. Oyo also didn't refund the full amount. Worst hotel I've ever seen. Honestly, don't even consider it.
