Townhouse Oak Classic Grande

Housekeeping and kitchen staff were very nice. The room looked exactly as shown and described on the website, and its dim lighting and relaxing ambience helped take away my tiredness. But both front desk staff were really terrible, very rude and gave guests replies as if they couldn't care less. They don't seem to know how to keep guests happy. Checkout was at 11, but they charged us Rs .300 for checking out at 12. I didn't expect that from such a nice property, especially when even five-star hotels give one or two hours free.

At Classic Grande Hotel in Pune, the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are excellent, and the overall service is good. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. A few receptionists, though, could improve their attitude and customer service skills. Better training in professionalism would improve the guest experience.

The location was horrible, and the staff will argue with you and charge you for ordering food from outside. They serve drinking water from the tap. The photos on Google and other websites are forged, in my view. The only decent person there is the lady at the front office, and I'd strictly advise her to get out of there. A good experience takes the whole hotel team, not just one front office lady. We booked through our company, and it was a huge mistake. This was the worst hotel experience on earth. I hope I never end up there again.

The rooms are good, but the area seems shady, and the staff aren't welcoming. We booked through Treebo, which listed complimentary breakfast, but nothing complimentary was served and no one told us about it. The receptionist needs to be more welcoming.
