There’s no card machine, so payment is cash only. The room quality was average, and although I found it on the old Mumbai Pune highway, it was hard to locate in the middle of the night. The bedsheets were dirty, and the staff member wouldn’t change them at first. After a while he gave me another room, but the linen was still much the same, only a little better. OYO shows a 4.6 rating with excellent reviews, which I think are fake. It might suit couples staying for a few hours, but it’s a poor choice for corporate guests.

Rooms are good. In October 2019, the rate was 1000 per day for two guests. The hotel won’t accept discounted OYO bookings if the final price is lower than what they charge offline.

I wouldn’t stay here for more than a day, and it doesn’t seem suited to corporate guests. I booked through OYO for a week, but they wouldn’t let me check in because my price was too low and said it wasn’t affordable for them. I ended up booking again at the rate they demanded. The next day they raised the price again, saying it had gone up that day. The rooms were okay, but they gave me a used bedsheet, which I had to ask them to change. On day two, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. Couples staying just for a few hours might find it more suitable. Thanks.

They charged extra for room service, used dirty bedsheets in the room, and didn’t serve the complimentary breakfast. The staff were unhelpful and unsupportive. The worst OYO hotel.

I’m satisfied with hotel Mayur. The rooms are nice, the interiors are very good, and it’s easy to find near the Pune Mumbai highway.
