My wife and I needed somewhere near balewadi for a few hours while we were in oune for work, so we found this hotel on Google and checked in. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were generous. They told us the area had a power outage because of some work, with electricity expected to come back later. We’d planned to stay three hours, but the power returned after two, so they kindly let us stay an extra hour at no charge. Five stars from me.

I come here regularly because it’s affordable and a good hotel. The staff have been helpful beyond my stay too: they found me a cheap PG without charging brokerage, and really went out of their way to find a good place. I’d recommend it for a corporate stay. Thank you to the ambience staff.

Right on the Mumbai Bangalore highway in Pune, this is a handy place to stop if you’re traveling that route and need a break. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms and rooms were clean, and the basic facilities were all in good condition. Staff were supportive when needs or emergencies came up. I had a pleasant stay and recommend it.

I got a booking confirmation number and email after reserving through the official website listed on Google. But when I called the hotel, they said they don’t accept online bookings because that site is a third party. Why list it as the official booking site, then? They’re asking for a higher tariff than the amount in my booking, which feels like a complete scam. My booking id is 607279.
