The room itself was spacious, furnished well, and had a clean bathroom with hot water. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they brought coffee in the morning when we asked. But there was no food available at the hotel, and the staff member seemed surprised when we asked about dinner, so we ended up finding a nearby restaurant. The photos online gave us the impression of a much more open property, but it’s actually on a narrow road in a residential area. We arrived around 7 pm, and there was nowhere to park, so our vehicle stayed on the road in front. I’d called while booking and the receptionist asked which property I’d picked, which had made me think this was part of a larger group. We were traveling from Hassan, Karnataka to Rajkot, Gujarat and stopped in Pune along the way. This may not be a good choice for families.

Getting around from here was convenient, and the rooms were very clean. The staff looked well groomed, and service was very good. Food was available too, at low prices, along with all the amenities. A great place to stay.

For what it costs, it’s okay, and management is good. The room is small for the size of the furniture, though, and coordination was poor. Service really needs improvement.

The location is good, but that’s about it. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there were cockroaches on the bed. Nothing matched the photos. The whole place was awful.
