The room was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t sleep, and I’m still having back pain. The old mattress was torn, with a nail sticking out, and they put a cheap foam mattress on top of it. The bedsheet, pillow, and pillowcase smelled bad and hadn’t been washed. They gave us one very old, unwashed towel and no foot mat. There wasn’t any drinking water on the floor. They didn’t provide complimentary water either, and sold it at a higher price. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, the TV kept malfunctioning, and the telephone was out of order. There was no hand wash, and noise from outside was extremely irritating. They didn’t provide basic hospitality items. This was a pathetic experience and a complete waste of money. I want my money back, and I wouldn’t recommend a hotel or room like this.

The staff are nice, the rooms are kept up, and it’s a good value. The location is good and it’s easy to reach.

They really pay attention to keeping the place clean, and the cleaning was very good. The hotel service was very good too, and the staff were supportive.

The room and its linen were dirty, with stains on the bed sheets, and cockroaches in the room. The TV and room phone didn’t work either. It’s in a lonely lane with no streetlights. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it’s not worth your hard-earned money. Look for a better option.
