The water they provided didn’t feel safe to drink, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Service was unsatisfactory, and the stay didn’t meet basic standards. For an international tourist hotel, that’s unacceptable. I had a very bad experience.

We stayed about 7 days and enjoyed our time there. It’s an average hotel, but everything was off the mark in a good way. We tried 3 other hotels in Pune too, and this one was better. The staff were very cooperative. When we come to Pune, we stay here. Highly recommend it to travellers.

The staff were pathetic, and they even refused basic washroom services. There didn’t seem to be proper staff or service available.

The AC wasn’t working and the staff weren’t supportive. Worst experience. Please don’t come here, even if they give it for free.

Easy to get to, close to the Station, and affordable. The staff behaved well too.
