We came across this room by chance on MakeMyTrip and weren't sure what to expect, but the stay turned out to be really good. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the price was affordable.

Bhusal and one of the uncles there were always ready to help, and the service was among the best. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and kept in good shape, with everything I needed to relax.

The location is the main thing this place has going for it. At around Rs.2800, I think you could get a nice hotel elsewhere. The water heater is only 5 litres, so showers take forever. WiFi was down for a long time, and the TV's Dish TV subscription had lapsed. The staircase lights are always switched off. The nearby PG accommodation is much better and costs far less, and it even has a lift.

Nitish handled the booking, and the way he dealt with it was very unprofessional. I called last night and confirmed four rooms, then asked him to tell me how much to pay in advance. He didn't get back to me. Now he's saying everything is sold out. He seems greedy, and with people like him involved, I don't trust this place.

There isn't a lift, but the staff were very good. This is more like a homestay, and they can prepare homestyle food if you ask.
