The three young men looking after the place were very courteous and welcoming. Dinner was simple, inexpensive, and surprisingly delicious. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, though the owner should spend more on repainting the walls and cleaning the floor tiles. It’s a two-storey bungalow converted into a service apartment, out on the outskirts in a quiet, rustic setting.

The staff are polite and helpful, and room service is decent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, but the place could have been much cleaner. It’s a service apartment in Angelle Hills near Kothrud, Pune, away from the city centre and somewhat isolated. The hill has rows of duplexes, with no pharmacies, small shops, ATMs, cafes, or restaurants nearby. There aren’t autorickshaws outside, and it’s quite a walk to the main road, so you’ll need to call an Uber or Ola to get around. My stay was satisfactory. A bit more tidying up could bring people back.

Mr Deva made our long stay at Ema Hospitality in Bavdhan memorable. He managed the whole place on his own, worked hard, and happily took care of every guest’s needs. The food was a real treat too, especially since the cook prepared it to our preferred spice level. My family was very happy with the hospitality. Special thanks to Mr Deva.

The manager also cooks, and he’s a seriously skilled chef. Both dinner and breakfast were tasty, healthy, and clean. I really enjoyed staying here!
