The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed. Food and drinks were very good too. I only had breakfast and coffee, but the selection was amazing, everything was fresh, and the live stations were excellent. The juices and coffee were very good. The gym is compact, new, and immaculately clean. The driver service was polite, smart, friendly, safe, and efficient, just what you could want. Service across every part of the hotel was the highest quality from every staff member. There were a few minor hiccups and delays, but nothing beyond what you’d expect from a place this big. A particular thank you to Jui, the duty manager on Saturday 21st when I checked out. She helped make my transfer to another hotel seamless. An absolute star. Exceptionally good, and the best hotel in this part of Pune.

We visited Ritz for our anniversary today, just as we did last year, and the buffet food quality has dropped substantially. Everything except what was served at the live counter was cold. We told the manager, and he took the feedback positively.

Everyone made us feel welcome, with smiles, courtesy, and a readiness to help. The service was a cut above the rest, and the rooms, amenities, decor, and food were all excellent. We’d been planning a stay at Ritz Carlton Pune for a long time, and finally made it. They personalised so much for our anniversary and went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the stay memorable. It was an amazing experience. I’ve always loved the Ritz-Carlton, and I often enjoy the breakfast buffet there. Today was my first time at the lunch buffet, and a few things disappointed me. Then I met Manish. He had lovely manners and showed real care from a guest’s point of view, which touched me deeply. That turned my disappointment back into happiness and reminded me why I love the Ritz-Carlton so much. Having staff like him makes me appreciate the hotel even more. The service at The Ritz-Carlton was warm, attentive, and seamless. Mr. Chetan, the restaurant manager, went out of his way to help us feel comfortable and well looked after, making sure we had the best experience. There’s a huge menu with a great range of dishes for different tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The food quality and presentation reflected the brand’s standards. A delightful meal with great variety and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
