Hotel Vrundavan

Everything else was satisfactory, so the stay was okay overall. But our AC room’s AC wasn’t working, and the room seemed expensive.

The rooms weren’t good, and they didn’t even change the bed sheets. For hot water, you have to ask reception to switch it on, and there isn’t a proper hotel for food. The location was the worst. There are shops on the ground floor, a massage parlor on the first, and the hotel on the second. I was told that when someone goes to work, the hotel allots their room to other people by the hour. In the name of a hotel, they’re running a different kind of business. I don’t recommend it. It doesn’t deserve any stars.

Nice room, great service, and an iconic location. Mr Yogesh and Ganesh were helpful, and mr dinesh bhai has a nice heart.

We arrived after booking through OYO, only to be told there was no reservation and no room for us. The hotel was unhygienic, and they charged us extra. I've never stayed somewhere this bad.
