FabHotel All In One Saltlake

I waited an hour and a half for my order, and it still hadn’t arrived when I finally wrote this. The staff ignore what guests ask for and do things their own way. Service here is really bad. With 45 people ahead of me, I would have been better off going somewhere else.

The food was tasty and felt healthy, and both the reception team and the other staff were really nice. The room was excellent too 👌😊.

The staff are friendly, and this is a useful spot if you’re here to see Pooja pandals. The metro and some good vegetarian restaurants are within 1 km. My room was reasonably clean, with an okay bed and a tidy toilet, and the hotel generally met what I’d expect from a 3 star stay. One concern: the doors and gates are locked at night and only opened when requested. That doesn’t seem like a good practice in an emergency.

They blamed an electricity problem when we arrived, then forced a woman travelling alone to move to another hotel at midnight. Completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and life, stay away from this scam hotel.
