We were there as husband and wife, and the experience was extremely frustrating, mainly because of receptionist Pooja. She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and kept arguing with guests. Even basic requests for a glass, spoon, or towels weren’t met. When we asked for towels, she bluntly said OYO doesn’t provide them. The TV in our room didn’t work either. She kept pressuring us to cancel our OYO booking and book directly through her, apparently to get incentives. When we refused, she became more aggressive. She also pushed guests to leave good reviews and argued when they didn’t agree, making things uncomfortable. We were charged extra for the same items even though the menu listed different prices. It felt like she was unfairly trying to earn side income from guests.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite. The room was clean and comfortable, just like the photos. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. ☺️

Getting an extra mattress took far too long. I asked for one at 9 pm and agreed to the extra charge, but it didn’t arrive until around 11:30 pm, well past bedtime. The service boy also seemed a bit arrogant. The room was untidy and had cockroaches all around. Worse, I found a used condom in the side table drawer, which was embarrassing with my family there.

I felt safe and at home here, thanks to the receptionist, who was one of the sweetest, most understanding, and cooperative people I’ve met. Her warmth and helpfulness made the place feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was a great experience, and I’ll keep recommending it because of that sense of security.
