The entrance is in bad shape, parking isn't proper, and the lift is tiny and shoots up like a rocket. It's an old building, and cleanliness is a major drawback. Some rooms have window AC, and the bathroom fittings are very old. I wouldn't choose it unless there were no other options.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms aren't good. If you've booked through OYO, compare the room with the pictures before checking in. The staff are just fine, and the cushions have a Bihari flavour.

OYO 15715 Royal AR RESIDENCY, Fraser Road Patna My prepaid booking was for 13-Aug-16-Aug 2019, but the hotel refused to check me in unless I paid the amount again in cash. The owner was rude and obnoxious when I spoke to him. He said, "I am so & so, Do whatever you wish, but my hotel will check-in only after you pay in cash the pre-paid amount". This hotel should not be allowed to operate.

I booked two rooms. One was good and the other not so much, but it was okay for a one-night stay. The staff behaved well.

Broken switches and sockets, and the bathroom flush wasn't working. The price was high and there were no facilities. This was my worst Oyo experience, just horrible.
