OYO Flagship 22740 Near Anisabad Golambar

There was no lift, cleaning wasn't done properly, and the place smelled of cigarettes all the time. The pillows and bedsheets were burnt, too. The manager's behavior was awful, like he was doing us a favor for free. He complained to customers about OYO's low price, but still kept the same low price. The reception number listed by OYO just kept ringing, and the manager said it wasn't his number. This was the worst experience. Please don't go there.

I waited at reception for more than an hour before finally getting a room, after discussing it with an OYO service agent, who paid the extra amount. The receptionist manager had first refused my booking even after I showed the confirmation email. He was rude and greedy, asking for more money and saying he'd upgrade me because the room I'd booked through OYO wasn't available. The room he offered had no AC, although I'd booked an AC room. Please don't go there.

My Goibibo booking was for two days at 700 rupees per day, but when I arrived the manager demanded 1000 rupees per day. He blamed the app, saying it lures customers with low prices and then hotels ask for more. It wasn't a good service experience.

The area is okay, though nothing special. Rooms are decent, and luckily there was AC to help with the scorching heat. They can provide food and tea if you ask. I stayed as my friend's guest, so I can't really judge the price. It's an average hotel if you just need somewhere to stay.
