At Hotel Royal Chandra, the food was below average and service painfully slow. The online-listed facilities were unavailable or poorly maintained, and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and unprofessional. For what they charge, I expected much better hospitality and cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
The bathroom was clean, neat, and dry, and the rooms were nice. Wi-Fi was free, and room service calls were handled without delays. Staff were courteous and helpful. I had a nice experience and will come back in the future.
Food was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Patna, delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The rooms were clean and well kept, with spring beds that made for comfortable sleep, and everything felt familiar and safe. Staff were polite and professional, always ready to help, and room service was available around the clock with quick responses. Their hospitality made me feel at home. Royal Chandra Hotel is conveniently connected to Atal Path, AIIMS, and Bailey Road. A top place to stay in Rajeev Nagar, highly recommended for the food, service, and homely atmosphere.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, stylish, comfortable, and well equipped.
