The manager was very rude, and the room price kept changing. Night staff quoted one amount, then morning staff changed it at checkout. What we were told we'd get wasn't what they gave us. This is the worst hotel I've seen, and I would give it minus 5 stars if that were possible.

Night and morning staff weren't on the same page, giving different prices at check-in and checkout. Worst hotel I've seen. Don't stay here 👎👎

The good part was the location, about 10 minutes from the railway station, and the service was good. But when our family arrived the day after booking a deluxe room through the make my trip app, they said none were available, even though they'd confirmed they had rooms when we asked. The room we got was just average, and I didn't like it much. The lift also wasn't working, which made reaching an upper floor by stairs really difficult. Please take care of your customers if you want good reviews.

The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. There were a few small issues, but nothing that mattered much. A very pleasant place to stay.

I loved staying here. The room felt great, had positive vibes, and was very neat. All the staff were friendly, caring, and kind.
