The hygiene was a problem as soon as I checked in. There were stains on the towels, and the lav was messy, as if nobody was keen to clean it. The intercom didn't work. I had paid online for the room, but they said they'd severed ties with OYO or were still in the process of doing so. They let me check in, then made me pay again for the breakfast, even though I'd paid online for the complimentary breakfast. They said OYO wouldn't pay them for it. A really bad experience, and I'm not coming back.

The washroom was so dirty that I vomited. I booked on OYO for 879, but at checkout they charged 500 extra, saying they don't offer rooms at that rate and would take a loss. They also charge extra when you book through OYO or Goibibo. Worst hotel I've ever visited, and there were plenty of other problems too.

We had to wait an hour before getting the room, and the room service was very slow and shoddy. The place was overpriced, with rooms in really bad shape, dark, dingy and smelly. The sheets were dirty too. I wouldn't recommend staying there at that price.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family. The staff were good, but the bed sheet was old, the pillow and sofa smelled, and the whole place needs a makeover. Water was spilling out in the washroom, which felt like a public toilet. Worst OYO hotel I’ve stayed in.

The breakfast was poor, and the room was really unhygienic. The sheets and blankets had a bad smell, and the toilet was poorly maintained. A very bad experience.
