10/10
I stayed at the hotel in Patna with my parents for medical reasons. I was unsure where to book at first, but after one day there I felt I'd made the right choice. Being near the train station made it easy to get around the city, and the cleanliness was especially reassuring during our visit. The rooms were carefully maintained, and the whole place was spotless.

The restaurant service was very poor. The staff weren't cooperative, and management handled communication and customers badly. I wouldn't book this hotel for a function. If you want, you could use room service only.

The service was really bad. Staff weren't helpful with questions or when anything was needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. You can order food at the hotel, though outside food is allowed too. Rajendranagar railway station is only a two-minute walk away, with large shops nearby for food and shopping. Great hospitality.

We spent 10 days at the hotel for a marriage ceremony, and the staff and management were very cooperative. They gave us extended support for the function, and our stay went very well. Cleanliness, food, and location were all great. I'd recommend it near Rajendra Nagar Station and Kankarbagh.
