I was shown photos of a spacious, attractive room when booking, but got a much smaller, different room when I arrived. It felt misleading, and the room and service didn’t justify the price. In my view, the room was worth only ₹1200–₹1500 per day, while I was charged much more. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Towels, shampoo, shoe polish, and proper toiletries weren’t available, and they didn’t bring them when I asked. Mobile signal was poor too, which caused a lot of inconvenience. A very bad stay, with poor management and unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The noisy fan kept waking me up all night, and there was no hot water in the morning. The blanket didn’t seem clean, the room was tiny, and the floor had chipped, open patches. Staff were okay but not especially friendly. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, which was really the only plus. I’m usually patient and don’t often post reviews, but this was average at best and I wouldn’t stay again.

I arrived early in the morning, and the staff were still polite and got me into my room within minutes. Room service was good and on time. The rooms were clean and fresh, and I had an amazing stay.

The bathroom was modern, always sparkling clean, and stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments, good lighting, and air conditioning that worked well. The room itself was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of natural light by day and a quiet, cozy feel at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and crisp. There was also a spacious wardrobe, a well-equipped desk, and reliable Wi-Fi, so it was easy to relax and get work done. I had a wonderful stay.

The food was amazing, and the staff were professional and caring. Both the rooms and lobby were very clean. It’s right on the main boring road, and I had a great stay.
