The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is small and the bed and mattress are just average. There were mosquitoes, so bring repellent since they don’t provide it. The towel was old and dirty, the fan didn’t work, and the room key was missing.

The room tariff shown on OYO seems to be there just to attract customers. Once you arrive, they charge according to their own tariff rules. The location is very bad, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable either. When the power goes out, they don’t start the generator. It was highly unprofessional, and I had a very bad experience. The worst hotel I’ve ever visited. There should be an option for less than one star, or none at all. Please think again before booking.

The receptionist refused to honor my OYO booking, saying the price I’d booked at didn’t match their tariff. I explained that part of the amount had been paid using wallet balance, but he still wouldn’t let me stay. The service was the worst. I’d say never book a room here, there are lots of other hotels nearby.

There were mosquitoes, the rooms and bedsheets were dirty, and the staff behaved badly. No breakfast is served here, and they demand more money than the amount shown through OYO. I complained to OYO care 3-4 times before they responded. I recommend that everyone avoid staying here.
