OYO 11732 Maharaja Inn

The bathroom water barely flowed, there was no water in the toilet, and no hand soap either. We were also refused breakfast because we had booked through OYO and didn't have the hotel's phone number. When I came back at 10:04 am, they said I was four minutes late. They only start calling people to check out at 11 am, but wouldn't wait until 11:30. OYO customers were treated completely differently and didn't get the proper facilities other guests had. Disgusting service.

I stayed at the Maharaja Inn from Saturday through Wednesday for a conference. The food was really good, and both customer service and room service were excellent. Housekeeping was the one issue. My son had made a bit of a mess, so the room needed cleaning. My husband took him for a walk, and when he came back it looked clean at first. Then he noticed they'd only turned the dirty duvet cover over instead of changing it, leaving the dirty side against the bedsheet. He called them, and they came back and changed it without any trouble.

The room had a dressing room and a head shower, and was well appointed. The location makes it easy to get into the city while avoiding the tourist crowds. It also feels like a beautiful restaurant and lounge, with breakfast, snacks, afternoon tea, dinner, open coffee, and beverages. They have vegetarian options too. Such a cool place.

The rooms were stinky and in very poor shape, and neither the room nor service felt worth the budget price. They couldn't manage check-in for five rooms at once, and there was no food or water available. The manager didn't arrive until noon, and when he did, he couldn't make decisions. He kept calling the owner, who wasn't answering, leaving guests waiting.
