I'd booked online, but when I arrived there wasn't a room available. The service was very bad.
2/10
This is a filthy hotel, with no cleaning and no facilities. The service is awful, and there aren't any restaurants nearby. The staff have no idea how to treat guests and keep abusing them. Please, nobody should go here.
2/10
They charged one amount on the OYO app, then demanded more for the same room when I arrived, saying my booking wasn't available. For an AC room, I was told I'd have to pay more, almost double. I wouldn't go there. They didn't return the money, only gave OYO points. What am I supposed to do with those?
8/10
Good for the price, but the entrance should be decent and shouldn't be through the basement.
2/10
The rooms weren't maintained properly, and the AC didn't work right. I've never seen a hotel like this, with such rude staff.
