Getting around is convenient since the hotel is near the railway station, and the rooms are good. Service was affected by what seemed to be too few staff, and the facilities are limited. Even drinking water has to be bought separately. Breakfast was slow to arrive, started a little late, and offered just two items, so it may not work for everyone. The food overall was average, nothing especially impressive.

The pillow was disgusting and the room was dirty, while the staff were rude. I arrived before check-in and politely asked if I could leave my luggage there, but they refused. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I stayed two days, but didn't want to remain there. The beds and blanket were too dirty, and the service was the worst. I don't recommend it.

I was there from July 16 to 19, 2025, in a double-bed AC deluxe room, and the stay was awful. The sheets were dirty and covered in bedbugs. When I asked to move, they refused, claiming no rooms were available even though I could see rooms there. The service was basically nonexistent. This feels like a lodge, not a hotel.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s close to Patna junction too. Good value for the money. Thanks, mundrika.
