The location is good, but the room was just okay and not worth the price. I never ate the food, but whenever they brought something, they asked for a tip, which was frustrating. I'm never coming back. Worst experience ever.

I checked in today and found the staff's behavior toward female customers really bad. They spoke without any sense. They also asked me to pay GST without giving a bill. Please don't book this hotel.

The bathroom windows have no curtains despite houses outside, and the toilets are in a horrible state. I also felt the place wasn't safe for women, whether coming alone or with a female relative, and think authorities should shut hotels like this down. Staff acted as if they were above guests. They wouldn't bring water, food, or anything else, but ordered me around. I stayed for one day and had told them on check-in that I'd leave the next day by 6 pm. I overslept and checked out at 9 pm. Once staff called, I was out very quickly, yet they charged me for another day. The people running the place seemed like goons to me. When they were upset, they took my things, and I felt my life was in danger because of how rude they were.
