Hotel Shubh Sarthak by OYO Rooms

The rooms are decent, but they're noisy because the hotel faces a busy road. Bathrooms are tiny, and cleanliness in the hotel and on the bedsheets isn't good. Pan spits are everywhere. They, like every other decent hotel in this area, don't ever change the bedsheets or clean the washrooms. They don't even provide complimentary soap. Stay here only if you can manage all that, otherwise try Fort, Rajlakshmi, etc if you can afford them.

For the price, the room size was decent, but the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. There was one window. It's a decent hotel, better than a dormitory, near Patna Junction. Cleanliness was okay: they changed the bedsheets and cleaned the room. Service was just okay, nothing special, though the staff were helpful. I'd give it 2.5 stars. The average double-bed room price is Rs 700.

The dormitory was neat and clean, and there were two bathrooms and lockers. Bring your own lock and key if you want to use one. Drinking water from a Kent purifier was available too. I stayed there while taking an exam and found it a very nice experience. It’s roughly 500 meters from Patna Junction, and the prices for single rooms, doubles, and dorm beds are very student friendly. You can book online through the IRTC app.

A decent option if you only need somewhere to stay for a few hours. The rooms are in good condition, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a short walk from Patna Junction station.
