The rooms are nicely decorated and well lit, with all facilities available, and housekeeping is thorough. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience and serves good food, though the chicken dishes can sometimes be a bit tough. Amit is one of the courteous restaurant staff, and she’s good at her work. Hotel Golden Crystal sits in the heart of Patna City, on Kankarbagh Hanuman Nagar Kalimandir road patna, with convenient access to many government offices. The front office team is very cordial and helps with phone bookings, check-in, and checkout. Chote lal, Dharmendar and Neha have been especially helpful on my regular trips.

The rooms are above average, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. Breakfast is poor, with puri bhaji served every day, and it’s oily food for the morning. Service wasn’t good either. In summer they didn’t have chilled water. At most, I’d call this a 2-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it, look somewhere else.

The staff were nice, and the food was excellent at the birthday function I attended two days ago. The chicken dehati and rehu fish fry were especially good.

Neha hosted me, and she has a super lovely nature. The restaurant staff were sweet and the whole team friendly. It was my first time staying at Golden Crystal, and I really liked the buffet, with a variety of food. Service was pretty amazing and the location is good. I’ll definitely come back.
