The room and service were both poor. The handwash dispenser was broken and only usable by turning it upside down, and there wasn't even a towel. I had told them the night before that I needed to leave around 7 to 7:15 am for a medical entrance exam, and asked if breakfast could be ready then. They said breakfast normally starts at 9, but agreed to provide bread omelet and tea. In the morning they refused, so we left without breakfast.

The area was quiet and fairly comfortable for a stay, and the staff were cooperative, though there were very few of them. The hotel is about 5-6 km from the railway station. There was no food available at the hotel or nearby, so guests have to rely on an online app or go elsewhere. Fab App should give the exact address and location. I had a lot of trouble finding the hotel because it is on Atal Path, not in Mithapur Farm Area, which can mean a big extra distance for travelers.
