I ended up leaving and paying for another hotel, so this was a complete waste of money. The room smelled awful, the sheet looked unwashed, and the AC barely cooled. Staff wouldn't move me to another room or help. Even the washroom door had no proper lock, and OYO was no help either. Never again.

I had to find another hotel, which made this a total waste of money. My OYO booking didn't get me any help from them either, so I wouldn't book a stay through OYO again. The room was tiny, with just a small bed, and there was no washroom lock. The sheet was dirty, the room smelled bad, and the AC didn't cool. They offered neither a room change nor any service. The worst experience of my life.
2/10
The room was ridiculously small and the washroom didn't have a lock. The bed was dirty, the smell was awful, and the AC didn't work. When I raised it, they blamed me for “damaging” the AC. They did nothing to fix it, offer another room, or provide service. Booking through OYO was a huge mistake, easily my worst hotel stay.
10/10
The staff were polite and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay at this nice hotel.
2/10
The building itself was the only good thing, along with a slow EV charger in the parking that the owner charged me fairly for. Everything else was bad: the bed and pillow were filthy, and there was no soap, towels, or air conditioning. My booking was Rs. 1000, but I paid Rs. 1300. The worst hotel I've stayed in, especially one to avoid with family.
