The banquet hall had a pleasant atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Mr. Ranjan Sharma, Mr. Murshid Alam, and their team were professional and attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a very good time and would highly recommend the place.

The buffet at saffron wasn't worth the price. Most of the food arrived cold, and there were very few items to choose from. Service was slow, and having to ask for the same starter again and again doesn't feel right. The ambience is worth coming for, but definitely not the food.

Chandani was especially prompt and attentive, and I’m very grateful to her. The food was outstanding, and the staff all seemed to work together smoothly. I’d recommend coming to experience the place.

The food was good, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and courteous during my two-night stay. But the property needs urgent upkeep and much better cleaning. In my first room, the carpet was dirty, with scattered food and several stains that looked like either pan spit or blood. Water from the shower ran into the dry part of the bathroom, so I called reception and they moved me. The next room was a little better, though its carpet still wasn’t clean, and the shower had no hot water. I was too busy to complain again, so I managed with cold showers. One of the two lifts was also out of order, which meant long waits. I shared this feedback at checkout. They need to deal with the plumbing, stained carpets, vacuuming, tidiness, and hygiene. I hope they improve, and I might return if the maintenance and cleanliness get better.
