I'm writing for a group of 16. We spent nine nights here, and it was one of our worst experiences. The staff were unresponsive and the service was awful. Our clothes were taken through the laundry, and when we asked for them back, staff argued with us. The AC in the rooms didn't work. Believe me, don't book this hotel at any cost. It was a nightmare.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the stay was fine. But I was charged an extra ₹400 for checking in early at 8 AM. Fab Hotels customer service had told me during booking that breakfast was included and only early check-in would cost extra. When I arrived, they asked me to pay separately for breakfast too.

The location is about the only value I could see for what I paid. The rooms aren't properly maintained, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and staff gave no proper response when I asked about it. Food was poor and there wasn't much choice. Hot water stopped after 10, and even soap had to be requested from reception. Check your room before paying if you still want to stay.

Housekeeping isn't done each day unless you specifically ask, and reception confirmed that towels aren't changed daily either. The Wi-Fi was so weak that this hotel isn't suitable for work or an official trip. Reception said it was only meant for mobile use, but even then the signal was poor. When I asked to move rooms because of the connection, they refused. A very disappointing stay.

It was a bad day for us. The toilet smelled, and the air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 3 am. Reception service was very poor, and the staff had no manners or smiles. They asked for my passport in a way that made me feel like a criminal. This isn't sabotage, just what we experienced.
