There were mosquitoes and cockroaches all over my room, which made it extremely uncomfortable. The bedsheets had hair from previous guests and clearly hadn’t been washed. The cleanliness fell well below basic standards. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in the dorm and found it quite unpleasant. Even though it gets cleaned daily, it smells like a public toilet, and many guests don’t flush or keep the place clean for others. I complained to management, but they didn’t seem to care. The toilets were filthy and smelly, with broken ceilings, and water leaked inside when it rained. They don’t even provide basics like water.

I was very disappointed when they told me they couldn’t host foreign nationals. I’d advise anyone without an Indian Aadhar card not to book a room. The receptionist couldn’t speak English and didn’t seem willing to learn. They told me to leave the premises immediately, even while I was trying to book somewhere else after being refused.
