OYO 28451 Apple Inn

The bathroom was the one decent part of the stay, relatively neat and with hot and cold water available anytime. The rest was far from satisfactory. Staff service was poor, basic cleanliness was lacking, and there was a bad smell around the place. Outside the room the floor was extremely unhygienic, with dog waste lying around. The bedsheets and pillow covers inside looked very dirty and not properly washed. There was a TV, but it seemed to be there for show since we had no remote or way to use it. Billing was confusing too: they added 5% GST for online payments, while cash payments had no GST, which felt unprofessional.

The money wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t suggest Hotel Apple Inn to anyone. Our room was dirty, the sheets were unclean, and there was a bad smell everywhere. Staff were rude and didn’t help, and even basic facilities weren’t working properly.

The 9th-floor room had a nice view and felt airy, and the staff were good. But the fan controls didn’t work, and the broken washbasin fittings meant there was no water at the basin. That was difficult for my elderly parents.

Please don’t book a room here. The staff are extremely rude, and this is the worst place. I’d give it zero stars.
