There were rats in the room, and the bed and sheets weren't clean. The bathroom was dirty too, and its flush didn't work. The room felt cramped, and the service was terrible, with a rude, unprofessional manager and staff. It looked nothing like the photos. I complained, but because I'd already paid, I got no refund. I booked and paid through OYO, but they offered no support either.

The air conditioner was covered in dust and leaked water, and some of the tiles were broken. The rooms are decent for a low budget, but this isn't a peaceful place to stay.

On my first visit, the experience was average. This time, though, the room was in bad shape. The door stuck so badly I had to pull it with all my strength, then push it, and it still wouldn't lock properly, which made me worry about privacy. Towels and other basic items weren't there. I asked a staff member to bring a towel, but it still hadn't arrived when I returned three hours later. The bathroom was cramped, with the toilet right in front of the door, and the AC didn't work properly. The phone was also out of order, so I had to go outside to speak to the receptionist. A pretty hellish stay. This was my second time here.

They charge guests for water, and the staff are very rude. If you complain, they just tell you to find another hotel. The staff were the worst, especially Dharmendra. There are plenty of good hotels nearby, so I'd tell people never to stay here.
