K Star Hotel - Belapur

The team at K Star Hotel made my stay easy and comfortable. They were cooperative and quick to take care of my needs, and their commitment to guest satisfaction was clear. Everyone was polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile from check-in through checkout. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay. Great work by the whole staff.

The location near CBD Belapur Station is strategic, and the campus is sprawling with spacious rooms. Staff were courteous, and housekeeping and restaurant teams responded helpfully. At the restaurant, Shri Ankit saw I was rushing and couldn’t have breakfast, so he kindly packed a pair of fruits for me. Arvind ji is always welcoming with a smile, Manish ji is professional and attentive despite being senior, and Shailesh ji can seem serious but helps with guest requests. The property itself is poorly maintained. Interiors and furnishings are dilapidated, and some things are dirty or broken. There also seems to be a staff shortage. The pool is usually cleaned late in the morning, generally after 8 am, though in Mumbai people need to leave around 8.30 am. Pigeons line up to drink from the pool, and their wings may spread over it.

The rooms were the weak spot for us. They felt old, with noticeable dampness and mold, and weren’t comfortable for a longer stay. Renovation would help. The staff, though, were fantastic and always willing to accommodate us. We also loved the coffee shop food, and the kitchen team and chef deserve appreciation for their work.

Arvind, Shailesh, Patil, Vishal, and Jonny gave very good service. The staff were helpful and cooperative, the room cleaning was very good, and room service was very good too.
