I’d give this minus stars. After OYO confirmed my booking, I went to check in and the reception refused me unless I paid more, even though I’d already paid. I called OYO customer care later, and they said they’d refund me under their policy. To me, that’s a fraud company. Don’t book with OYO or you could end up in trouble.
Very bad, very bad. Don’t go to this hotel. I paid in full through OYO, but they refused to take the online payment and asked for another 1200 rs. I’d called before check-in, and they said I had a booking but there were no rooms left. That left me in a lot of trouble at the last minute. Even with an online paid booking, they don’t let us stay. Very bad service, a very third-class hotel.
Terrible. I booked through OYO, then they told me to cancel the online booking and charged 200rs extra.
They’ll push you to cancel an online booking and then charge 1000 to 1200 extra. Their behaviour is cheap too.
