OYO 79316 Shree Sai Residency

The staff and caretakers were polite, helpful, and cooperative, and the location was convenient: easy to find on Google Maps, in a market area, and about 1 km from Nerul Railway Station. Still, the property fell short. My room wasn't ready when I arrived in the evening, so check-in took an extra 25-30 minutes. There was no complimentary drinking water or toiletries, the washroom smelled unpleasant, the windows were dirty, and cleanliness needs a lot of work throughout. Even the reception looked poorly cleaned and maintained. I didn't try the food, so I can't comment on it. The ambience was average, and given the condition and service, it didn't feel like good value for money. Better housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.
