Check the room when booking, because they may switch it after you arrive, saying it’s already booked for the next day. There are two hotels at the same location, and the hotel name doesn't match what the signs outside say. I picked this one in a rush based on false ratings and photos, and wouldn't recommend it for families with women. The reception often had three or four people sitting there and staring at family members, which made it feel unsafe. It may suit a solo traveler or a group of male friends, but I wouldn't stay with female relatives. They ask for a five star rating at checkout and, according to my experience, the earlier positive reviews are obtained that way. I told them reviews were personal and they had no right to look at my phone while I was writing one. They also didn't provide complimentary water and asked me to pay for a bottle. There were mosquitoes everywhere, the staff were arrogant, and the surroundings were unhygienic. Don't choose this place based on the photos.

The place was in terrible condition, and I found it to be the dirtiest hotel in the region. The Google photos are about ten years old, so don't trust them to show what it looks like now. There are no amenities or car parking, and the rooms are old and dirty. I attached images and videos with this review. I was asked to pay extra money, and they pressured me to leave a five star rating at checkout. They take advance payments but, in my experience, won't return the money, leaving you feeling forced to continue your stay. I don't understand how Booking.com, Agoda, Collection O, and other booking partners keep allowing this property to operate. Check the one star reviews on Google for more accounts like mine. This hotel should be removed from online booking apps.

I gave it three stars for the location, cleanliness, and easy check-in and checkout. It's about a five minute walk from the station, with restaurants nearby, and getting in was smooth when I arrived around 7 in the evening. I booked one night with breakfast and was given Room 201. The room was small, but the AC worked, though it was stuck at one temperature and its remote didn't work. The fan regulator was also fixed and unusable, but the temperature was manageable. With the rain, the noise was very loud, maybe because of the AC's outer shed, though that could be seasonal. The intercom didn't work either, so I couldn't reach reception from my room. In the morning I waited until 9:30, then tried calling, but the reception number wouldn't connect. I searched other sites and luckily found the owner's number. After speaking to him, he sent someone with idli for breakfast 😂. I paid around Rs. 300 or 400 for breakfast and got only idli, which was disappointing. I'm adding photos so you can decide if it fits your needs.

Jai Maharashtra... The hotel is in a prime spot in the juinagar area. The rooms are excellent, and Shinde. Saheb at reception is excellent, polite, and down to earth. Recommended for families.
