The staff were polite, and I stayed for three days without any problems. It's a good place to stay, and I could stay longer. Food has to be arranged from outside. The place is furnished and is currently being renovated. If you're visiting taloja factory, you can stay here at a cheap rate with good facilities.
The window looked out onto a lot of garbage, and there wasn't even a dustbin in the room. The room smelled bad, especially the washroom, where cigarette puffs had been left lying around. The tap leaked and couldn't be used properly. The AC suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. There was no Wi-Fi, and when I asked for a blanket, they gave me a bedsheet that was torn in the middle. The TV didn't work either. Overall, a very bad experience.
The staff were good, and the rooms were large, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. Maintenance and cleanliness were basically zero. Don't be fooled by the nice photos. The washrooms were as dirty as public toilets, I found black lizards in the bathroom, and the bathroom lights didn't work. There was no TV, and they had pushed two single beds together to make a double. The whole place felt like a horror movie, not ideal for couples. Please don't go, I beg.
The rooms are very big, but dirty and full of insects. Water supply in the sanitary block is very poor. I suggest not choosing the cheap rate, and looking at the room condition and service instead.
They provide cement, reti, khadi powder, patra and chuna. Visit and buy the products. Good quality materials.
