The staff were excellent, but I wouldn't want to stay here because the basement room felt suffocating, with a bad odor despite the AC running constantly. It was also very small, with a cramped bathroom and no access to range. Hot water was available around the clock, though it felt more lukewarm. This might work if you only need to leave bags and get ready, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. The rooms themselves were clean.

Even though I arrived around 2 a.m. with the wrong reservation date, the staff were kind and had an extra room. They let me look at it before I agreed, and the price was fair. They also helped me find a charger to convert from Europe. The ceiling fan was a little damaged, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The setting was lovely, and the location was great. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well ventilated, and the service was attentive and efficient for the price. The receptionist and other staff were especially friendly and helpful. We had a very good stay, with both the room and staff service at 5/5. I hope to visit again.

Sameer was always quick to help whenever we asked, and everyone we met was kind. The hotel also felt very safe and was extremely neat. Its location is very good, about five minutes from the city. We had a great experience here, and I'd recommend Hotel Grand Inn to anyone looking for a stay in navi mumbai. Thank you ❤️
