The staff were really polite, and the service was good. I had a comfortable stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a business trip. The rooms aren't worth the high rates, and ₹4,500 for three people felt far too much for the quality and service. The food disappointed too: my chicken kolhapuri cost around 300 rupees but came with only three pieces, and the butter naan wasn't good enough. I personally didn't like the hotel at all, especially given how expensive it is.

The rooms were good, and the food was good too, especially the fish.

We were given clean rooms, but they didn't feel hygienic, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. The location was convenient, with Digha station a two-minute walk away, though the neighborhood itself wasn't good. That's the only reason for the two stars. Otherwise, I would give it less and wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. We had booked rooms in advance for ourselves and our guests for my brother's wedding, from 2nd February to 5th February. At check-in, the manager spoke extremely loudly and rudely, saying, “If any of your guests don't have ID, I won't let them in.” It felt as though we had never booked a hotel before. We also didn't get the rooms as agreed. He took the full amount, but the promised rooms weren't provided. His attitude was the worst.
