The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and that's the only reason for the one star. Everything else made this the worst experience of my life, even though we travelled for 2 days. There was no water supply in our bathroom, and the room smelled of smoke. The intercom still didn't work after we complained several times. The manager, or whoever was responsible, was rude and didn't know how to speak to people. We had to ask repeatedly for basic things like mugs, glasses, towels, and cleaning. The room was never cleaned during our 2-day stay, and wet towels were left there. There were mosquitoes everywhere. We only got hair oil after asking multiple times, and even then it took 2 days. The room service guy wouldn't answer us at all.

I held my cocktail party here, and the team took care of everything so smoothly. Suhail, Tarmeen, Saurab, and the rest of the team all deserve a special mention for the great service and good vibes. The hospitality was amazing. If you're after a fabulous time and loads of fun, I highly recommend booking this place.

The hotel itself is nice, but it's not worth paying DOUBLE. They charged my card through booking.com and then asked me to pay again at reception when I checked out. I contacted them and was told they'd resolve it, but they still haven't, and now they're ignoring my messages. I'll have to file a legal complaint.

This was my second visit, and I'm very disappointed. I checked in at 8pm, but the room wasn't ready. Room 110 looked like a third-class bar room. I asked to change rooms, but none were ready. I'll never book again.
